You can also choose subscription terms such as 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months and receive reduced subscription or simply pay by the month. Your account can be managed from within your unique client zone which integrates fully with your Subscribe-HR Solution. If you require subscription terms that are not on offer as standard, please let us know and we will review your request.

Can I set-up filters to restrict User Access to Records and Information in the system?
Subscribe-HR has been design to allow not technical users to set-up User Group and Individual access to other employee records, forms and even individual fields within the solution. This is done without any need to alter or customise the database.

Does Subscribe-HR have integrated Workflow capability?
Subscribe-HR delivers an easliy configurable workflow module that allows users to set-up Workflow and Reminder Schedules. No Programming skills are required as set-up is performed through the user interface by simply selecting the Database field/s and establishing the required rules. The Subscribe-HR Workflow module is a powerful time based system that allows multiple Workflows to functions together. The Workflow Module also allows for fields to be automatically updated without any manual intervention. The Workflow Module is included with any Modular Subscription.

Can I customise my Subscribe-HR application?
We have developed a user interface development tool that will allow system administrators to customise and expand their system without the need for any Programming/Developer Skills. You can configure up to 60% of the application using the developer tool. The tool will enable users to re-label existing fields, add forms, add fields into forms and glue these new functions together. You are also able to change the look and feel of you system using our template tool. You will require the developer module for this purpose.

Can I import data into Subscribe-HR?
Data can easily be imported into Subscribe-HR. Throughout the whole system there are import facilities which allow relevant users to map fields and import data. Validation exists to ensure the data that is imported in squeaky clean.

Is there an integration facility available for Subscribe-HR?
There is an integration module that can be utilised to enable data to be passed between Subscribe-HR and other vertical and horizontal applications. Web-services (XML) form the basis of the integration module. Our API is based on (SOAP). We also provide middleware integration for CSV import and export.

Is there a Report Writer in Subscribe-HR?
Subscribe-HR delivers its own Turn-Key Report Writing tool that allows users to get up and running quickly. The Subscribe-HR Reporting Tool automatically links database tables together so there training required is minimal (1-2 Hours, Not Days). The Reporting Tool allows users to in-put Graphs and Export Reports to Excel and PDF (Including Graphs). Reports can easily be shared with other users.

Where does Subscribe-HR reside?
Subscribe-HR applications reside in an Australian Tier-1 Data facility and utilises SSL security. This impenetrable facility will provide 24×7 access to your Subscribe-HR application. Data Centres are manned by 24×7 security guards.

Does Subscribe-HR have a Dashboard?
Subscribe-HR provides all users with Dashboard navigation facility. This Dahsboard allows users to access important information within 1-2 Clicks. Managers can place or remove reports to and from their user Dashboard. Diary reminders and workflow inbox resides in a Users Dashboard.

Does Subscribe-HR work with Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome and Opera?
Subscribe-HR works with Firefox, IE6+, Safari, Chrome and Opera web browsers.

Is my personnel data returned if I complete my subscription?
We will provide you with all personnel data in excel spreadsheets at the completion of your subscription if you choose to unsubscribe.

Are other languages available through Subscribe-HR?
Initially, all Latin based languages will be supported by Subscribe-HR. We will be enabling Asia Language functionality with the first 18 months of the release of Subscribe-HR.

How is Subscribe-HR Training Conducted and is there on-line help available?
Subscribe-HR training is delivered on-line. All training documentation is available via the training zone. Training material comes with the Subscription of any Subscribe-HR modules. Face-to-face training is conducted by Subscribe-HR or Subscribe-HR Partners. Web based training facility is available using Webex or Yugma. Because of the intuitive nature of Subscribe-HR, the need for training has been greatly reduced.

Each support issue with be responded to within 24 or 48 hours depending on Support Level subscribed too.
