  What makes Seamus unique?

Seamus is a "battle-trained" management and Internet technology expert who has been to hell and back. In the mid-80s, when Singapore was in deep recession, Seamus worked as a laboratory assistant in SISIR, Singapore Government's testing and industrial research institute. He was paid about US$280 a month then!

As he made his way through life, mellowed by recession, humbled by his early jobs, and inspired by knowledge and learning, Seamus made it a point to bridge between management and technology, and that is the unique difference Seamus brings to you.

In his younger days, he conducted pioneering biochemistry research in food lipids and cutting-edge antioxidants to retard autoxidation.

There will be management experts, and there will be IT experts. But there will be only one in Asia capable of bridging both - Seamus Phan.

Private moments

Seamus, cajoled by his brother who is a nationally-ranked bodybuilder, tries very hard to stay afloat in a gym.

Otherwise, he is an avid reader, and reads everything from science, technology, Internet, management, to sports medicine and Tibetan Buddhism (especially deep volumes).

Sometime this year, Seamus would be catching up with his childhood musical roots again, with the Yamaha WX-11 wind instrument (or colloquially, the electronic saxophone).

Seamus was born in Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C., and when he turned 18 in Singapore, served in the Singapore Army (Third Guards Unit and then SAFTI) and became a Singapore citizen.
