Barker
is a facilitator, consultant, and Faculty member with
Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre, in Canada.
She brings a systems view to organizational change and
learning developed through her work in assisting leadership
teams plan and implement system-wide change initiatives.

has worked with a wide variety of organizations across
Canada and internationally. Clients include Suncor, AGF,
City of Kingston, Algonquin and Lakeshore District School
Board, Human Resources Development Canada, Peregrine Canada,
Canadian Nurses Association, Computing Devices Canada, Ciba
Speciality, Chemicals, Barbados Light and Power Co. Ltd. and
Hawkesbury General Hospital.
